Walter Mart Community Malls opened its 20th mall last July 31, 2015 in the city of Sta. Rosa, Laguna along Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road. This is the second Walter Mart community mall in the said city.

Walter Mart Sta. Rosa Belair is a two-level community mall with complete anchor tenants like Walter Mart Supermarket, Abenson, Homeplus, Ace Hardware, Jollibee, BDO, Watsons, Classic Savory, Simply Shoes, Japan Homes, Mercury Drug, and Expressions.
