During the launch of Ayala Malls Solenad in August 2015, Ayala Land Inc. President and CEO Bobby Dy shared, “When we were planning this mall, we really wanted something different from what you would find in the retail offerings in Sta. Rosa. True enough, we’ve differentiated ourselves. This is going to be a highly pedestrian–friendly mall, with a lot of open spaces and shopping and dining options. The mix of offerings is also going to be unique and different.”
